Tenant Organizing builds active tenant associations to promote leadership
and tackle critical issues, such as crime and the development of local
properties.

Youth Leadership and Development engages youth in education, recreation,
leadership, community services, summer camp, "Team Expeditions,"
and educational support programs.

"Youth Force," Dorchester Bay's organizing and leadership training for
teens, is recognized as one of the strongest youth organizing programs in
the state. They helped win $9.2M for youth after‐school jobs.

Technology Centers & Workforce Development: Through this program
youth and families receive computer training and can earn computers at
six housing based technology centers.

"Techno Bay" offers GED Prep and
up to 40 special topic workshops, such as web design, excel spreadsheets,
and a simulated ATM experience to help our technophobic seniors.
