Congratulations to our newest small business loan recipients, Coils to Locs! Dorchester Bay EDC has worked with Coils to Locs since 2017 - they are a unique wig resource created by Dianne Austin, a cancer survivor and thriver, and her sister Pamela Shaddock. They understood the challenges that come with wearing natural hair, especially in the face of medical hair loss. Their mission is to provide high-quality synthetic wigs that cater to the unique needs of women of color with highly textured, tightly coiled hair and every range in between.
