The Arts & Crafts summer day camp provides girls and boys ages 6-12 with educational, sports and social activities to promote skill development. Through this program we offer six weeks of structured fun activities including reading, swimming, outings, computer classes, painting, daily exercise, dancing, and social/cultural learning. We offer three sessions of sports separately for boys and girls to encourage a sense of competency and improve social skills. Additionally, we provide employment, leadership opportunities, and supervision for part-time teen workers from our community who are paid by Action for Boston Community Development and the Boston Youth Fund.
