Reginauld “Reggie” Williams is a strategic communications executive and management consultant working at the intersection of civic design, content production, and public policy. Most recently, Reggie served as the communications director at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, a leading think tank advancing racial and economic justice through equitable policy solutions. Prior to joining MassBudget, Reggie held roles on the Innovation and Government & Regulatory Affairs teams at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Blue Cross) where he honed his practice as a human-centered design strategist.

Before his time at Blue Cross, Reggie served as the development director at the Transformative Culture Project after attending Morehouse College where he studied foreign policy and ethical leadership. As a small business advisor, Reggie trained entrepreneurs to develop go-to-market strategies with the Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative during their national program expansion. He is a faculty member at Tufts University’s Derby Entrepreneurship Center where he teaches creative entrepreneurship and innovation. Reggie is a dedicated advocate for arts and culture, having campaigned for arts education funding as a member of MassCreative’s Leadership Council and as the board chairman for the Boston Arts and Music Soul (BAMS) Festival. Reggie is a Neighborhood Fellow at Tufts University pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy, and serves on the President’s Council for the Dimock Center.
