2021 Dorchester Bay Strategic Plan

Driven by our commitment to improving neighborhoods in partnership with local residents and partners, our 2021 Strategic Plan sets a bold vision for how we will support a stable and thriving community for the next three years and beyond.

The Dorchester Bay Strategic Plan is the result of a year of work that engaged over 150 board, staff, residents, community members, partners, and industry leaders. Through a deliberative and thorough evaluation of our current capacities and the needs in our neighborhoods, we arrived at a vision to support DBEDC’s long-standing mission.
