At Dorchester Bay, we believe in the power of partnerships to amplify the impact of our workforce development programs. By collaborating with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations, we enhance the effectiveness and reach of our initiatives, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our participants and the broader community.

Reentry Program

The Dorchester Bay Reentry Program is the Commonwealth’s first CDC-based program for returning citizens to their community after incarceration.

Our reentry program:

  • Supports a successful return to the workplace and community through job placement and supportive services upon release.
  • Bolsters self-sufficiency and economic prosperity.
  • Reduces prison recidivism and disrupts the cycles of incarceration and poverty.
  • Meets individuals where they are, working with them to identify beneficial services using a holistic approach to skill building, education, and mental health counseling.
