Adult Leadership Institute (A.L.I)

Dorchester Bay’s Adult Leadership Institute builds community through organizing, civic engagement, and leadership development. A.L.I. members meet monthly to identify issues and work together to find solutions. Active members of the institute are also eligible to participate in community leadership workshops, retreats, and others trainings.
