Brittany Reid is the Senior Loan Officer at Dorchester Bay. Brittany brings over 7 years’ experience in residential lending, consumer lending, credit, and financial planning, including federal leadership as a Supervisory Loan Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She has deep expertise in financial modeling, loan processing, and building high-performing teams, all of which align with Dorchester Bay’s mission to expand equitable access to capital and support underserved entrepreneurs. Brittany plays a key role in growing Dorchester Bay’s loan portfolio, cultivating partnerships, and delivering top-tier support to our small business clients. A true Bostonian, Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Political Economics with minor in Applied Mathematical Studies from Bates College.
